For beginner to intermediate clients who need guidance with learning and applying lifelong, sustainable nutrition and lifestyle habits that result in overall improved health and longevity. This is meant for individuals who have had a history of crash dieting, fad dieting, yo-yoing in weight, and/or need a sense of direction and control with their eating habits without the stress of following a strict meal plan.
Sample meal examples can be provided however the main focus is to establish basic nutrition foundations that the majority of the population lack. Food logging is required and will be taught to increase awareness of client’s nutrition habits. If the client shows proficiency with food logging he/she can progress to macro tracking.
This style of nutrition coaching is not meant to treat individuals with medical conditions; rather, this gives the client the feeling of empowerment and flexibility to apply my techniques that fits into their unique lifestyle and is supplemental to already established treatment through your professional healthcare provider.

First three months include four weekly 30-minute coaching calls.
Each month thereafter includes two biweekly 30-minute coaching calls.
FUEL UP (ADVANCED NUTRITION)

For intermediate to advanced clients who need a detailed meal plan to maximize their results in and out of the gym. Ideal for clients who are proficient in food logging (preferably logging consistently for some time) and have a set deadline for their goals. Depending on the timeline and client’s diet history, current activity level & calorie intake, a reverse diet may be recommended.
Food logging, food weighing and macro counting is required.
This style of nutrition coaching is not meant to treat individuals with medical conditions or those who do not have a solid nutritional foundation.

GET MOVING (WORKOUT PROGRAM)

For clients of all fitness levels who desire to move more and move better, correct posture, are returning from an injury or surgery, pre- or post natal, or simply looking to add variety and excitement into their current routines. Customized programs based on the individual’s history, fitness level, and access to equipment. The ideal client for this program would be nutritionally sound and/or following their own meal plan.
For clients who seek to maximize results and achieve weight loss, weight gain, body recomposition, improve athletic performance and need assistance with nutrition, please see Thrive and It’s Go Time! programs below.

THRIVE (WORKOUTS & NUTRITION)

For clients of all fitness levels who want a well-rounded fitness program and need guidance and accountability in their nutrition and training regimen. Programs are customized based on the client’s history, fitness level, lifestyle, and access to equipment.
Nutrition coaching is included (macros optional) however no specific meal plan will be provided.
Includes a detailed 4x/week workout schedule, four 30-minute coaching calls, AND nutritional guidance and accountability (no meal plans).
IT’S GO TIME! (ADVANCED WORKOUTS & NUTRITION)
$399/month
For intermediate to advanced clients who have an upcoming special event (wedding, vacation, photoshoot, sporting event, etc.) to prepare for and need detailed 5x/week workouts and meal plans. Also for clients who are coming off an extended, strict dieting phase and need to reverse diet to increase metabolism.
Ideal for the individual who has previous experience with consistent food logging, food weighing, and macro counting.
Includes a detailed 5-6x/week workout schedule, four 30-minute coaching calls, AND detailed meal plan with macros. NOT recommended for beginner clients.
